NOTE: Online pre-registration will close on March 11, 2024. After this date registration will still be possible, but only onsite at the conference venue on March 21 - 23, 2024.

(1) The “Junior Participant” registration is available for Students under 30 years of age. The “Junior Participant” registration is available for Students under 30 years of age. Please upload a copy of a student ID also indicating your age in jpeg, jpg, gif, bmp or png format within online registration.
(2) No fee, but registration is mandatory. A Press ID confirming your status must be uploaded at the moment of your registration in jpeg, jpg, gif, bmp or png format.

Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site.

Clearly state the participant's name(s) and the invoice number on the bank transfer.

IMPORTANT:

The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the respective deadline. Registering before the deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction. Please note that a different fee applies for onsite payments and registrations.

If the fee is not transferred to the congress bank account before the respective deadline expires, the fee will be changed to the next applicable fee automatically.

Cancellations:
Please note that only written cancellations addressed to ITOC c/o Vienna Medical Academy GmbH, Alser Straße 4, 1090 Vienna, Austria either per E-Mail: itoc@wma.co.at or Fax: +43 1 405 13 83 918 can be accepted.

Replacements
Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a EUR 60,- charge per participant.
