Written cancellation received:​

• until December 12, 2023: 50% refund

• after December 12, 2023: no refund

 

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be issued after the conference upon completion of a survey.

 

Coffee & Lunch Breaks

Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. Lunch tickets need to be booked and paid in advance during pre-registration.

Lunch tickets will not be available for purchase onsite.

 

We strongly encourage you to visit our exhibitors and engage with their representatives during the coffee breaks & lunch times.

Conference attendance

The Conference is only accessible to certified healthcare professionals, associated press, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of cancer. By registering, you accept that non-healthcare professionals, including children, will not be able to access the conference.

Language

The official language of the congress will be English (no simultaneous translation).

 

V.A.T.

The VAT rate in Germany is 19% and is applicable to all registration fees of the conference.
