Welcome

Dear Colleagues,
Dear Fellow Immuno-Oncologists,

I would like to invite you to join ITOC8 which will be the second virtual edition of the ITOC conference series.

With little prior warning we had to develop an online version of ITOC in 2020 due to the SARS-CoV2 pandemic.
Fortunately, this meeting was very well received by the participants and we will definitely keep some of the features in the future regardless of Corona.
This year cancer vaccines platforms have actually been instrumental to begin fighting the virus.
Nevertheless, it remains unclear whether and how fast the pandemic will be controlled. Therefore, we have organized ITOC8 again as a virtual meeting bringing together last years backbone and some further developments.
This allows us to offer you a cutting edge program covering cancer vaccines and checkpoint blockade to CD40 agonists and CAR T cells.

Numerous top speakers have already confirmed their attendance and we are all eager to spend two days of inspiring science together with people joining from all around the globe.

On behalf of the organizing committee, I cordially invite you to help us make this year’s ITOC conference again a successful and memorable event.

Sincerely,

Michael von Bergwelt MD, PhD
ITOC8 Conference President
